１１月で和食清恵は３０周年を迎えます。
私は３０年と簡単にいってしまえますがほんとに大変な大変な
道のりだったと思います。３０年前若店主がまだ保育園児だった
ころ義父母は二人で「清恵寿し」を始めました。
そのころ養老渓谷はお客様も多くて毎日とっても忙しかった
そうです。
そんな中若店主は自然に囲まれながら成長していきました。
若店主が高校を卒業する頃、義母は病気になり亡くなって
しまいました。ほんとに働き者のいいお母さんだったそうです。
それから若店主はお母さんのかわりに店を手伝い始め後を
継ぐことに成り二人で力を合わせて頑張ってきました。
５年前お嫁に来てからは３人で「和食清恵」をとして頑張って
います。これからもお客様に喜ばれる店作りを心がけて
家族みんなで頑張っていきます。これからも宜しく御願い致します。

I have not had any problems with the rhinestones falling out and I have not even painted a clear coat over them like others in previous reviews recommended doing.
