たいらぎ

今日の天気はくもりのち晴れ。
今日はおいしい貝が入りました。
なんという貝か知っていますか？
ホタテににているので間違える人もいますが
（私も知りませんでした(;^_^A）
たいらぎ（平貝たいらがい）といいます。
食感はホタテ貝柱と違いコリコリしていて食べると
口に貝柱の旨味が広がりとってもおいしいです。
（私はホタテより好きです）
寿司屋でしかあまり食べられないネタですね。
あぶってもおいしいです。
